Ive heard so much good news about Lloyd and I was due to change my car so I contacted Lloyd to see what cars he had. To say Im totally gobsmacked is an understatement. I bought a small Ford Fiesta which Lloyd delivered, what more can I say. The car's fantastic, the service is fantastic, 5 stars.

He gave sound advice and made sure we left with a car that was road worthy and safe for our son. He had things fixed on the car that needed doing at no additional cost. I previously had unforseen issues with my car and live very far in london. I was within warranty so the company dropped off an insured courtesy car and took my one back to Chelmsford for repairs using a pickup vehicle giving the issue of the car, this was excellent service as it was convenient because i need a car for work purposes during the time it would be out for repairs.

Lloyd was helpful but not pushy at all when we went to look at the car, he listened to what we wanted and took us for a test drive. Lloyd did us a good deal on the car and we ended up buying it. What impressed me more than any of this was the after sales care. Three weeks after the purchase the car developed a fault with the alternator. Lloyd responded really quickly and sorted the problem out for us, we could not had asked for him to do anything more, he was fantastic.
